Join our fun and interactive mini-chefs cooking class as we embark on a delicious culinary adventure to learn how to make some pasta. Bolognese pasta, or Pasta Bolognese, is a classic Italian dish featuring a rich and hearty meat sauce, traditionally served with wide pasta like tagliatelle or pappardelle. The sauce, known as Ragù alla Bolognese, is slow-cooked with ground meat, tomatoes, and aromatics, creating a deeply flavourful meal.
