I founded En Cuisine Cooking School in 2014, after giving up an office life as a Human Resource Manager, I went back to school to become a chef. Passionate by food and cooking since my childhood, I decided to build my own cooking school designed for children and teenagers. In 2023, I proudly, became, a Disciple d’Escoffier in London on the top of being part of Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars where I finished semi-finalist.

I believe that everyone can learn how to cook from scratch with seasonal ingredients for a better health at a very young age.

Passionate what the sea has to offer. Style of cooking can be simply described as classic French cuisine with an urban touch.

I joined En Cuisine Cooking School with the intention of sharing my South African heritage with the young generation. To be able to cook even the most delicate recipes from scratch, Showcasing techniques and methods that I use at the restaurant.

With 14 years of experience in the culinary world, I have worked in Michelin Stared fine dinning restaurants.

For a duration of two years, I ran my own business and offered luxurious and gourmet sandwiches.

I am now a private chef and run, weekly, pop up restaurants all over London where I can let my creativity be at its maximum.

Being a dad for almost a year, I decided to join En Cuisine Cooking School to share my knowledge and my passion for food.

Father of two small children, I started working in restaurants before becoming the head chef of a secondary school in Mayfair.

Passionate by cooking, I have joined “En Cuisine - Cooking School” to share my knowledge about food with your children. I like cooking from scratch with kids and enjoy seeing them happy after the classes.

With 40 years of experience in the food industry, I have worked in different countries throughout England, Canada, USA and Greece then settling back London.

I have been a volunteer at the Chelsea Westminster hospital where I loved working with children.

I joined En Cuisine Cooking School to keep working with children and pass my skills towards the next generation.

My name is Karla Thomas being a chef with 25 years of experience in the catering industry a freelance chef , who has worked in contract catering and schools,

I have  enjoyed cooking since I was a child. I enjoy baking and providing experiences for others. Cooking is a passion that I will continue to live by and continue to provide the best services to others .

Believing in Educating children to eat better has been my motivation in catering for pupils the last 12 years.

Having worked private dining, which has given me the knowledge and experience needed, to motivate students to try new food.

Becoming an expert takes time and dedication, but with determination and hard work has help me achieve goals.

A background in African food has aided my enthusiastic in middle east cuisines.

Herbert N’Goran is a qualified chef with more than thirty years in the field of Ministry of Food: Working from the Great Hotels in London to Fine dining; let’s not omit his work and journey in the Education sectors – Schools, Colleges and universities; Gastro Pubs to Contract caterings and corporate Organisations. Herbert also built his catering business for wedding, corporate and private events.

Brand and website designer

I’m a brand and website designer who has 4 years experience working with large scale tech companies and small independent businesses. I graduated with a BA in Graphic Communications back in 2019 and have worked full time in a design agency, as well as independently as a freelancer.
