Can I show up to the kitchen without booking?
Due to the nature of the activity, we need to have essential information regarding your child before dropping them off in our kitchen. Only children booked through our website will be welcomed on the day of the class.

My child has specific dietary requirements
When booking a class we ask for any allergens or dietary requirements before purchase. If you have any concerns please contact us before booking to make sure we are able to cater for you.

Do I need to bring anything?
A big smile! During the holiday camps, birthday parties and private tuition we provide everything for the cooking class: Ingredients, aprons, chef hats, take away bags, kitchen utensils. For the afternoon clubs in the schools, we will ask you to provide your apron.

Are the chefs trained for working with children?
Yes we are all trained to work with children on top of being professional chefs. The staff is DBS Check, safeguarding and first aid certified too.

What happens if I am late at the collection time?
We allow a 10 minutes delay at the collection time. After that we charge an additional £50 per 30 minutes delay. After one hour's delay, the police are called and your child is handed to them.

I am not sure about my child's allergies
If your child had a reaction to an ingredient, you MUST inform us before booking. If an allergic reaction happens during the classes and depending on the severity, we will first call you and explain the situation or call 911 to request an epipen.

My child has special needs
Please inform us at info@encuisinecookingschool.com before booking. We accept everyone in our kitchens and classes but we need to make sure that the environnement is adapted to the needs of your child.
