Asparagus with balsamic vinegar and parmesan
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (for 2 persons):
20 thin green asparagus
2 tbsp of Balsamic vinegar glaze
2 handfuls of grated parmesan
20g butter
Balsamic vinegar
Utensils:
A chopping board
A knife
A frying pan
I also like grating two boiled eggs on the top of the parmesan
Step-by-step recipe:
Rinse the asparagus and snap the end.
In a frying pan on a high heat, add the butter, get it melted and put the asparagus in it.
Cook them for 3 minutes.
Drizzle with some balsamic vinegar glaze and let it reduce until syrupy.
Plate and add the parmesan on the top.
