Asparagus with balsamic vinegar and parmesan

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (for 2 persons):

  • 20 thin green asparagus

  • 2 tbsp of Balsamic vinegar glaze

  • 2 handfuls of grated parmesan

  • 20g butter

  • Balsamic vinegar

Utensils:

  • A chopping board

  • A knife

  • A frying pan

I also like grating two boiled eggs on the top of the parmesan

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Rinse the asparagus and snap the end.

  2. In a frying pan on a high heat, add the butter, get it melted and put the asparagus in it.

  3. Cook them for 3 minutes.

  4. Drizzle with some balsamic vinegar glaze and let it reduce until syrupy.

  5. Plate and add the parmesan on the top.
