Butternut cake

Ingredients:
200g butternut puree
150g sugar
2 eggs
150g flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
80ml Olive oil
Utensils:
A blender, a pan
A bowl
A spoon
You can buy a can of butternut can if you don’t have time for making the butternut puree.
Step-by-step recipe:
Boil a pan of water. Peel the butternut, cut it in small pieces and cook it until soft.
Drain the butternut water and blend it until smooth.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C for a fan oven)
In a bowl, crack the eggs, whisk and combine with the butternut puree and the olive oil.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter in a muffin tray.
Cook for 20-25 minutes Eat when completely cold.
