
Dubai chocolate bar inspiration

Ingredients:
200g pistachios
4 tbsp oat milk
2 pinches of salt
300g dark chocolate (70%)
A handful of roasted almond flakes
Utensils:
A blender
A spatula
A sauce pan
A bowl
Chocolate bar tin
Swap the dark chocolate with milk chocolate.
Add a tablespoon of tahini to get the original recipe!
Step-by-step recipe:
Put the pistachios in a blender. Mix until you get a paste.
Add the oat milk, one spoon at the time, until you get a smooth and silky texture. Reserve.
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
Pour 1/2 of the melted chocolate in the chocolate bar tin and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes or until rock solid.
Spread the pistachio paste on top of the chocolate.
Sprinkle the almond flakes on top and put in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
When set, pour the leftover melted chocolate for a final coat. Sprinkle sea salt and put back in a freezer for 30 minutes.
