marble cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 80g granulated sugar

  • 50g almond flour

  • 50g chestnut flour

  • 6 tablespoons of soy milk

  • 120g butter

  • 20g cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder.

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla

Utensils:

  • Two mixing bowls

  • A spoon

  • A saucepan

  • A cake tin

Use good-quality cocoa powder for a rich chocolate flavor.

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees and melt your butter.

  2. Crack the eggs in the mixing bowl and separate the whites from the yolks (Yellow)

  3. Whisk the whites until you get a peak. You can use a manual or electric whisk. Reserve

  4. Combine the egg yolks with sugar. Mix until smooth, light yellow and with plenty of little bubbles on the top.

  5. In the batter, add the flours, baking powder and pour the milk and melted butter. Combine.

  6. Fold the whites into the batter.

  7. Pour half of the batter in a clean bowl and add the cocoa powder. Mix. In the other one, pour the vanilla and mix.

  8. Pour the vanilla batter in the cake tin and then the chocolate one. Drag a knife into the batter and make a few lines.

  9. Cook for 25 minutes. Bon appetit.
