Guilty-free chocolate cake

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients for the cake:

  • 3 big apples

  • 3 eggs

  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder

  • 20ml water

Ingredients for the icing:

  • 250g plant-based yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup

  • 1 handful of pistachios

  • 1 handful of granola

Utensils:

  • 2 mixing bowls

  • A blender

  • A spatula

Swap the agave syrup with maple syrup

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Peel your apples and cut them in small pieces. Put them in the blender with the water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Add the eggs, the cocoa powder and the baking powder. Blend until well combined.

  3. Pour in a glass container, previously oiled, and put the batter in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  4. During the cooking time, mix the yogurt, cocoa powder and agave syrup in a mixing bowl. Spread on the complete cold down cake.

  5. Sprinkle some nuts and granola on the top.
