  • A chopping board

  • A knife

  • A frying pan

  • A sauce pan

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Rinse and cook the quinoa, according to the instructions on the packet, in a sauce pan with water.

  2. Slice the halloumi and cook it in a frying pan, with a drizzle of olive oil on medium heat. Your halloumi is cooked when it is golden colour.

  3. In a small bowl, prepare the salad dressing by squeezing one lemon juice, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and black pepper.

  4. Meanwhile, wash and cut your vegetables. Reserve in a bowl.

  5. Add the cold quinoa on the top of your vegetables. Stir.

  6. Add the grilled halloumi on the top. Drizzle with some balsamic vinegar and your salad dressing made previously.

  7. Finish platting by adding some fresh mint leaves on the top.
