Alsace, a region in north-eastern France, has a rich culinary tradition that reflects its unique blend of French and German influences. The cuisine of Alsace is hearty and flavourful. Your foodies will make a Flamenkuche and a caramelised apples flan.
Flammekueche, is a thin, pizza-like flatbread topped with crème fraîche or fromage blanc, thinly sliced onions, and lardons (small strips of bacon). It’s traditionally cooked in a wood-fired oven, giving it a crispy crust.
No refund after booking. Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
