Get a full immersion during our May half term cooking camp and discover different types of fishy recipes.
During this session, your food will learn how to make lemon and prawn pasta as a delicious and refreshing dish that combines the bright citrus flavour of lemon with the succulent taste of prawns (shrimp) in a light and flavourful pasta sauce.
They will also nail the technique of the Hollandaise sauce as a classic French sauce known for its rich and creamy texture, delicate flavour, and luxurious appearance. It's a key component in seafood dishes
No refund after booking. Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
