Olive oil and basil ice cubes
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6 dishes
Ingredients:
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup fresh basil leaves. (Don’t forget to wash the leaves before used)
Chop the leaves very thinly and put them in an ice cubes tray.
Pour the olive oil until level and freeze.
Use the frozen basil/olive oil cubes when you cook to bring flavors.

You can use any aromatic herbs, from oregano, thyme, rosemary to mint
