Peach pie

Ingredients:
For the dough:
150grs flour
40grs soft butter
1tbsp water
For the filling:
2 peach cans or 8 fresh peaches (in season)
100g mascarpone
2tbsp apricot jam
Handful of fresh mint or basil
Utensils:
2 mixing bowl
A chopping board
A spoon
A scale
A cake tin
Try it with some prunes or apricots.
Step-by-step recipe:
ln a mixing bowl, pour the flour and the soft butter cut in small cubes.
Rub it into the flour until you get a dough consistency. You might need to add some water.
Line a sheet of baking paper in a cake tin or oil it, flatten the dough with a rolling pin and put it in.
Cook it for 20 minutes in a preheat oven at 180C. The dough is ready when you see a nice golden colour.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone and the jam together.
Cut the peaches in quarters.
When the crust is cool down, spread the mascarpone mix on it and display the peaches.
Chop your mint leaves and sprinkle them on the top.
