Quesadillas

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon of sweetcorn

  • A handful of grated cheese

  • 1/4 pepper

  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 tortillas

Utensils:

  • A knife

  • A chopping board

Swap the chicken with mince beef.

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Preheat your oven at 150C.

  2. Chop your chicken breast in small pieces. Put it in a bowl with all the spices.

  3. Mix and cook on a medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. Chop the pepper, onion, avocado and combine with the sweetcorn in a clean mixing bowl. Season.

  5. When the chicken is cooked, add it to the vegetables and put it in the tortilla.

  6. Sprinkle some cheese on top, fold in half your tortillas and put it in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese get melted.
