Get a full immersion of the French culture by making homemade choux pastry during our Christmas cooking camp!
Choux pastry, or pâte à choux, is a light, airy pastry dough that is used to make a variety of desserts and savory treats. Unlike other types of dough, it is cooked twice: first on the stovetop and then baked or fried. The steam produced during baking helps the pastry puff up, creating a hollow interior perfect for filling.
No refund after booking. Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
