South African cuisine is a vibrant tapestry of flavors, influenced by the country’s diverse cultural heritage. It combines indigenous ingredients and cooking techniques with elements from Dutch, British, Indian, and Malay cuisines, reflecting the rich history and multicultural nature of the nation. For this workshop, your foodies will make a cape Malay curry with rice and a Malva pudding with coconut milk glaze.
No refund after booking. Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
