Madeleines are a classic French pastry, typically sweet, with a delicate, buttery flavour and a distinctive shell shape. However, they can also be made in savoury variations, offering a delightful twist on the traditional treat. This is what we will explored during this session. From orange madeleines to the chocolate ones but also the ones with olives and chorizo.

No refund after booking. Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
