Turkish food is known for its rich flavors and ingredients. Some popular Turkish dishes include kebabs, meze, flatbread and obviously some sweet notes with a delicious baklava. During this class, your children will learn how to work with the spices, herbs and seasonal ingredients.

Orange, olives and onion salad
Cucumber and mint salad
Chickpeas stew
Lamb kebab
No refund after booking. Contact us before booking if you need to swap some ingredients. Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
