Get a full immersion of the Spanish cuisine by learning different techniques and flavours during our Easter cooking camp!
Oh, Spanish food is incredible! From hearty paella to bite-sized tapas, it’s all about bold flavors and fresh ingredients. A Spanish classic that’s both delicious and visually stunning. Originating from Valencia, it’s traditionally cooked in a wide, shallow pan over an open flame. The combination of saffron, rice, and fresh ingredients makes it a showstopper. For the dessert, we will make a Crema Catalana which is an iconic Spanish dessert and a true delight! Similar to crème brûlée but with a few unique twists, it’s a creamy custard topped with a crisp, caramelized sugar crust.
