This class is an excellent one for the students who want to learn how the clean and stuff a whole fish. A good mix between techniques and flavours, your foodies will enjoy working with fresh products and discover some chef techniques.

No refund after booking. Contact us before booking if you need to swap some ingredients. Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
Not suitable for children with the following allergies or food intolerances/diets: Gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, spices
Drop off session from 10am to 1pm.
